About the Project
Between 2021 and 2022, ABCD Innovation Center implemented a community-based initiative aimed at strengthening media literacy and critical thinking among local communities, with a particular focus on youth and rural areas.
The project built on ABCD’s broader experience in community development, participatory learning, and “Do No Harm” approaches, supporting participants to better understand information flows, recognize misleading or manipulative content, and engage with information in a responsible and reflective way—especially during socially sensitive periods.
Through interactive workshops, dialogue-based sessions, and practical exercises, the project promoted informed civic engagement, social cohesion, and trust at the local level.
